Study On Transformation Strategy Of Wealth Management Business Of Private Banking Under The Background Of The New Rules

A series of regulatory new policies,led by new rules,have opened the door to the transformation and upgrading of China's asset management industry,with all asset managers facing a redefinition of their wealth management business.H Private bank,as a well-known private bank mainly engaged in asset management business in China,is facing a direct challenge to its financial management business model with the introduction of new regulations on capital management.Therefore,the transformation and development of H bank wealth management business is imperative.This paper studies and analyzes the external market situation of H Private Bank through PEST analysis,summarizes its current situation and its own problems,and discusses the positive and negative effects of the new regulation on the development of H private bank wealth management business.Through analysis,this paper believes that the wealth management business transformation of H Private bank should focus on product,sales,team and management structure,and gradually implement the transformation and development.This paper summarizes two sets of related transformation schemes,and suggests that the choice of customer-centered solutions has certain application value and guiding significance.And this has a practical reference value to the transformation of H Private bank wealth management business and the improvement of its market competitiveness.
