Research On Simulation And Improvement Of A Company's Cold Chain Logistics Receiving,storage And Distribution Business

In the 1980 s,the concept of "cold chain logistics" first appeared in the academic research papers of our country.At first,the research on cold chain logistics focused on the field of drug transportation,such as vaccines.Until the early 21 st century,researchers applied it to the field of food transportation.With the continuous progress of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the demand for food quality and food safety is getting higher and higher.It also creates a good development platform for the food cold chain logistics industry and creates unprecedented opportunities.Although China's cold chain logistics is a trillion market,the circulation rate of China's cold chain logistics is about 20%,which is nearly 70% different from that of developed countries such as the United States and Japan.Accelerating the development of cold chain logistics industry can promote the circulation of agricultural by-products and raise the income level of farmers on the one hand,and also promote the level of food safety of the whole society to cater to the growing masses on the other hand.I yearn for a better life.Therefore,to promote the rapid development of cold chain logistics industry is of great significance to consumers,enterprises and even the whole society.This paper combs the concept of cold chain logistics,finds the development law of the industry,and puts forward the future development forecast of the industry.Based on the field investigation of A Company's Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center,Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate its workshop cold storage.Through the analysis and collation of different data in the simulation report,the bottleneck of enterprise development is found.Combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,the feasible upgrading and transformation suggestions are put forward for the enterprise.This paper introduces and analyses the mode of the collection,storage and distribution business of Company A,and finds out the bottleneck problems in the operation mode of the company.Then the simulation model of the company's collection,storage and distribution business is constructed,and the models of the receiving and acceptance area,the unpacking processing area,the classified storage area,the sorting and packaging and the distribution and delivery area are constructed.Through simulation,the simulation data of receiving and accepting area,unpacking processing area and classified storage area are optimized and compared,so as to put forward business improvement suggestions for the company.Finally,the safeguard measures for business process improvement are sorted out.
