Primary Study On The Relationship Between Blue Financial Development And Marine Industrial Upgrade In Shandong Province

Since April2009, general secretary Hu Jintao inspected in Shandong province,he put forward to develop the Marine economy, apply science to develop the oceanresources, cultivate Marine advantage industry, create a peninsula blue economic zone,the Marine economy of Shandong obtained rapid development, a series of financialsystem have appeared to support the development of marine economy on policies andinfrastructure financing.At present, the theory of financial development has become a hot issue in thefield of modern finance, the conclusion that there has certain inner link betweenfinancial development and economic growth has widely accepted by scholars andeconomist all over the world. The argument that the financial development promotethe upgrading of industrial structure has aroused scholars’ extensive research anddiscussion. But the study of Marine industrial structure literature is less, not tomention the relationship between blue financial development and marine industrialstructure upgrade in Shandong.According to this research gap, this paper analyzes the relationship between bluefinancial development and Marine industrial upgrade in Shandong province.We studythe blue financial development of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone byanalysis to the amount and present situation,also we summarizes the characteristicsand existing problems of blue financial; According to data from2001to2011, itanalyzed the structural changes in Marine industry from three aspects, concluded thatocean industrial structure in Shandong province has a tendency to continuouslyoptimize, the share of marine primary industry decreased gradually, the proportion ofsecond and third industry have risen. Based on theoretical study, using the econometric model verify the relationshipbetween financial development and Marine industrial structure upgrade. After thecomprehensive utilization of unit root test, cointegration test and granger causalityanalysis method, through the analysis of financial related rate, financial savingsstructure, industrial structure proportion,it indicated that the time series of threeindexes are stationarity in the case of first order, financial savings structure can’tpromote the upgrading of Marine industrial structure, there exists a long-term stableequilibrium relationship between the financial correlation and the proportion ofindustrial structure, blue financial development can promote the Marine industrialstructure optimization and upgrading.Finally, according to the theoretical research and empirical research conclusions,it put forward some financial-relevant suggestions on how to promote the upgrade ofMarine industrial structure in Shandong province. At the same time, the paper make aconclusion about the whole thesis, and discuss some questions that still need to studyand solve.
