In recent years, the social relations network become a hot research topic, whichhas been discussed by a growing body of research scholars, and they hope to solve thecorresponding problems by the study of social networks. But on the basis of theexisting research problems, most of scholars’ research focuses on the influence thatmanagers’ social networks impact to the performance of the enterprises ororganizations, and hopes managers of social networks bring benefit to thedevelopment of enterprises.Since, managers’ social networks can bring influence to the enterprise, we wantto make sure that whether their social networks could affect themselves. From theperspective of consideration, first of all, through the perspective of managers, thisarticle researches the social relation network on China’s special cultural background,what influence on managers’ own development, how to help those who have no socialrelationship and want to rapid promotion of effective managers, and enable managersto recognize that the social relation network is one of the most important managementskills and methods for its own development.Second, above analysis and research, on special cultural background of ourcountry, we find the social relation network has greatly influence on the developmentof Chinese managers: the social networks can reduce the effective cost, and couldprovide information for managers, which is a effective means for rapid promotion,and essential skills to success of management.Finally, we obtain three Suggestions for managers who want to improve theirown development: the first is to improve managers own technical ability and quality,understand social relations network objectively. The second is to hope that managerscan learn how to use social networks to improve their development correctly. Thethird is about how managers use social networks.In this paper, the basic content is divided into six parts. The first part is thepreface. First of all, we put forward the social relations network for managementdevelopment in our country, and then introduce the research background, the structureand design, the research innovation and significance. The second part is the theory ofnetwork of social relations. The third part, analyze the uniqueness of China’s socialrelationship network. The fourth part mainly introduced the influence factors ofmanagement development in our country. The fifth part explains in detail the unique influence on the development of the network connection for managers. The sixth partis about managerial implications and suggestions. Through the above analysis, on thebackground of unique culture in China this paper puts forward some revelation formanagers about how to make social networks beneficial to itself, and the organizationare proposed.
