We know that commercial banks in the retail business has been with thedevelopment of market economy and residents’ disposable incomes rise, it has becomemore and more important, the proportion of the business of the commercial banks in theretail business of the banks also over the past year can be huge improved.We know that the business development needs of the organization’s security,reasonable and perfect organization is conducive to the development of the enterprisebusiness, retail business of commercial banks huge development, however, theorganizational structure adjustment and growing stronger retail business does not match.To this end it is necessary to study the reform and adjustment of the retail division ofcommercial banks, through the optimization of the organizational structure and recycling,to resolve the current organizational structure bottlenecks that affect the development ofretail banking.Industrial Bank, entitled Industrial Bank, Xiamen Branch of retail division systemreform, the first chapter section combined with a simple method used in this study, aswell as domestic and foreign commercial banks organizational restructuring literaturereview.The second chapter describes the theory and practice of commercial banksorganizational structure design, analyzes the state-owned commercial banks combinedwith the organizational structure of the theory and practice of the organizational structureof the foreign commercial banks and recycling, and in this chapter, the state-ownedcommercial Bank of organizational restructuring ideas and practical measures.Chapter three describes the establishment and development of Industrial Bank,Xiamen Branch, as well as the Industrial Bank, Xiamen Branch.Chapter four, the Industrial Bank Reform of retail business development, to makethe analysis, analyzed the Industrial Bank Retail Division, the need for reform, andcombined with the branches of the actual reform program.Chapter five, Societe Generale Bank, Xiamen Branch of the reform of the retail business unit performance to make the analysis, a report on the work of the Xiamenbranch reform of the retail division were introduced in5.1,5.2describes the performanceof the retail reform of the Department of Xiamen Branch to compare.The sixth chapter of the paper, to further improve the Industrial Bank, XiamenBranch retail division made a number of recommendations, these recommendations arebased on my long-term cumulative refining draw the Industrial Bank practitioners.Chapter VII of the concluding part of this paper, in conclusion, I briefly mentionedin this article first six chapters of two comments and the Industrial Bank in the futuredevelopment of risk prevention and hopes to further improved.
