With the increasingly fierce competition in China’s market economy, state-owned enterprises are facing tremendous development and survival pressure. In the fierce market competition, how to enhance their core competitiveness of the enterprise to maximize human resource potential, maintained rapid and steady development of each state-owned enterprises must think about. Of which the most critical factor is the human resources, how to maximize the initiative and enthusiasm of employees, each enterprise has been exploring the main issues. The excitation process is to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff to meet the needs of employees and to take advantage of the company’s most valuable resources-human resources, improve the competitiveness of enterprises. In order to improve staff motivation and efficiency or through incentives, how to establish an effective incentive mechanism has become an important factor in the development of state-owned enterprises. But the reality is, most of the state-owned enterprises in our country is not established effective and reasonable incentive mechanism, while the majority of state-owned enterprises more comfortable working environment, making the most of the state-owned enterprise employees a mess, most of the existing-state-owned enterprises, the overwhelming majority of which exist more or a kind of good, do more and more wrong. Some state-owned enterprises management includes management personnel and middle managers have a high positive participation in corporate management and operations, making part of the profits of state-owned enterprises is not optimistic. In this environment, research and analysis to summarize a set of incentives to adapt to state-owned enterprises is very important. The in-depth investigation into the case of a large number of domestic and foreign literature, A group of state-owned enterprises, for example, analyze the shortcomings of A Group’s existing incentives through questionnaires, and dig deeper into the reasons, find out the reasons put forward a corresponding improvement incentives mechanism in order to establish a set of measures to adapt to the state-owned enterprise incentive mechanism.The main structure comprises:First describes the purpose and significance of this thesis writing.Second, from home and abroad incentive Theory of analysis to identify the main factors affect the incentive effects of the employees.
