The strategic transformation of international economic and technical cooperation company in is catalyzed by the rapid development of international engineering business, the competitive impact of the external environment, as well as the rise of the theory of the strategic transformation. In this study, in order to complete the empirical research based on the theory, put forward reasonable suggestions for J company’s strategic transformation, but also provide reference for other similar enterprises.In entire research process, author study the J Co. as research object. On the basis of strategy management and strategy transformation literature, the author has done PEST analysis, five force model analysis, value chain analysis and SWOT analysis. And then the author gave out strategy transformation of specific content. The text is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is introduction, the second chapter is related theory and literature summary, the third chapter is the strategy environment conditions analysis of J Co., the fourth chapter is overall thought and specific policy of J Co.’s strategy transformation, the fifth chapter is the measures that speed up to protect the transformation to be success, the last chapter is the conclusion and prospect of future.This paper presents on speeding up the overall idea of strategic transformation of J company is the integration of resources, to highlight the main industry, develop new domain, difference in development, and put forward the following countermeasures. The first, on the marketing strategy:Firstly, the company has to strengthen its core technology capacity. Secondly, to shape the characteristics of the brand. Thirdly, to strengthen the management of localized in overseas markets. Lastly, to broaden the areas of business, and also to open up new markets. The second, on the organizational strategy:The organization must be adjusted as the environment, in order to adapt the company’s strategy. The third, on the human resources strategy:companies should focus on the training of new employees, to actively introduce mature experienced professional talent, and to strengthen the incentive, emphasis on training. The fourth, on the cultural strategy:corporate culture is not only inclusive, while also taking into account the interests of society. In order that the strategic transformations are truly successful, inside and outside promotions must be put:within the company, the high level of managers must look up to them. Full participation to overcome organizational inertia. Outside the enterprise, to communicate more with the Government in order to enhance cooperation and success also depends on social forces to promote strategic restructuring.
