Study On The Mode Of Operation And Management Of Family-owned Small And Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises

With the relaxation of the policy of logistics industry and the development of the times, the logistics industry has attracted many enterprises to participate as the third profit source. China’s small and medium-sized logistics enterprises’ have grew up like mushrooms. Despite the shortcomings of "scattered, small, weak and poor", small and medium-sized logistics enterprises instantly become the flagship of the logistics industry, facing challenges and competition from the large logistics enterprises while having the opportunity,In this paper, analysis the problem of the mode of operation and management of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the supply chain, especially the family-owned enterprises, this literature is still relatively fewer.On the basis of the consolidated domestic and foreign literature, information and survey, defined a new concept of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, summed up six operating modes, and analyzed the future trend of development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. Then from the management methods to analyze the mode of operation of the family-owned enterprises, which find that different operation will lead to different ways of management, followed by analysis of the mode of operation and management of H-company in support of the above conclusions. Family-owned enterprises family shall separate ownership and management rights, and then made a recommendation on the choose the future mode of operation of H-company. Which does good to the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.
