Large And Medium-sized State-owned Enterprises To Implement Erp Difficulties And Countermeasures Research

Faced the Opportunity and challenge of China's accession to WTO, more and more enterprises of China realize the benefits using the advanced management concepts and method of ERP to strengthen the enterprise' s competition ability. But the fact is that the successful rate of implementing ERP system in the enterprises of China is very low. As to the state-owned enterprises, the successful rate of implementing ERP system is lower.At present, there are hardly any articles to specialize in the state-owned enterprises' problems and countermeasures in implementation of ERP system. The state-owned enterprise is one of the most important components in our country s economy. Therefore it is significant to study how to implement ERP system successfully in the sate-owned enterprises.This article expatiates the basic principle and the management thoughts of ERP, introduces the present management situation of Chinese large and middle sized state-owned enterprises and the major problems, also introduces the present situation that Chinese large and middle sized state-owned enterprises have applied ERP system. And the necessity, the history and the expectation of implementing ERP system in the state-owned enterprises. This article analyses two cases that failed in implementing ERP systems, and explains the major problems that exist in the ERP application of the state-owned enterprises, analyses one case that succeed in implementing ERP systems, and successful standards to implement ERP system, Expatiates the countermeasures to raise the successful rate of implementing ERP system in the state-owned enterprises.During the research, the thesis combines the theoretical research and demonstration analysis of the ERP implementation in Chinese large and middle sized state-owned enterprises, The achievements of the thesis will offer some references to the state-owned enterprise administrators who will or are applying ERP system.
