A Study On Management Of Family-owned Small And Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises In China

With the vigorous development of Chinese economy, rapid growth of electronic trading platform, the logistics industry has attracted numerous enterprises to participate as the third profit source, especially small and medium-sized logistics enterprises have high-rise grew up. Although small and medium-sized logistics enterprises have many defects, such as small-scale, scattered market distribution, a weak infrastructure, lack of professional talents, low utilization rate of resources, less the core competitiveness, small and medium-sized logistics enterprises still as a main effective force in the logistics industry, it also plays an important role in the terminal of logistics services, which large-scale logistics enterprises can not be replaced.In previous scholar’s study, more focus on small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, but less research on family-owned and localization of the small and medium-sized logistics company. This thesis, on the basis of relevant economic theory, by analyzing the status of small and medium enterprise, business management models,and common problems in enterprises management, then focus on research of family-owed small and medium-sized enterprises, and emphatically analyzes internal and external problems of Chinese family-owned small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, and discuss this kind of enterprise’s development. Finally, through the analysis of U logistics enterprise management, put forward suitable guidelines for U enterprise development,also provide a reference for other small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.
