The Research Of Jiujiang’s Rural Integrated Service Information Construction

Content:Rural development nowadays is under the background of a highly social information technology and technology integration, rural development has to be taken so that we can make our rural economy a breakthrough. And the development of the information construction in rural areas in the city of Jiujiang has experienced an early stage which is now going on its way to a fastly developping period. As what we can see from the current situation, the information construction of the integrated services in rural ereas has risen to an important position in the process of rural development. And the material input has been increased by the local government. We provide general services to the farmers by increasing those constructions of information infrastructure in rural areas to make sure the resources of the country and the public services which provided by the government can be used effectively. All these developments will make an effort to promote the growing of the urban and rural economic and social development, create a harmonious society, improve the existing rural economic structure, narrow the differences between urban and rural ereas, and to achieve the common development of urban and rural economy.This paper is based on the development of the rural information in the city of Jiujiang, making an deep analysis of the problems which are existing in the rural information service model and giving some advices to optimize it. We made evaluations by introducing the policy environment, the differences, the input and the operational usage of the rural integrated service development. We found that poor infrastructure and effectiveness in the rural information development, and the lack of high-level personnel in this area are the main problems. Finaly, we propose a solution to those problems we have found to strengthen and improve the development of rural integrated service information construction.
