The Analysis Of The Performance Influence Factors Of Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives

Professional farmers cooperatives is an innovative organization of the household contract responsibility system, the agricultural expenditure, in improving the farmers’ organization scale operation level, promote the industrialization of agriculture development, plays a important role in increasing the farmers’ income. But in the development process also exposed many problems, a prominent issue is China’s farmer specialized cooperatives performance is not ideal. In this paper, through some influence factors on cooperative performance, so the main reason for the poor performance of farmer cooperatives, to understand the cooperative performance measurement factors, attract more farmers to join farmer cooperatives and bring more benefits to the farmers to see more, the basic situation, China’s farmer specialized cooperatives to solve the existing have very important problems and formulate reasonable policies and measures for the government.This paper is based on the cooperative research, firstly, a preliminary theoretical analysis on cooperative performance of various factors, study on the five aspects of economic support, technical factors, the distribution of interests, property right mechanism, development mechanism. The sampling survey by questionnaire design, selection of farmers in Jiangxi province to collect relevant data as the research object, and then using computer tools for correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis to deal with these data, the empirical study of the influence of each factor of the performance of farmer cooperatives, in order to study theoretically the influence factors and professional farmers cooperatives are associated and the associated extent, finally came to the conclusion that: In the factor of five latent variables that influence, self-development mechanism has the greatest impact on the performance of farmer cooperatives, followed by economic support, the property right mechanism and benefit distribution system, and the size of technical factors influence on the performance of farmer cooperatives is not clear.
