With the rapid development of the knowledge-based economy, Along with intensified competition within different industries, the turnover of sales staff is continuously rising in tea chain enterprises. Tea chain sales staff turnover does not just mean the disclosure of industry information, but also takes away some customers, which may cause the loss of products and even markets, as well as greatly reduce the employees’ initiatives. Therefore, the analysis of slaes staff turnover’s main factors in tea chain enterprises sales staff and its mechanism of action is of great significance to tea chain enterprises’s management.This paper takes Tianfu Tea as an example and uses literature study and case analysis to explore the main factors of sales staff turnover in tea chain enterprises. The article focuses on the theme of turnover of Tea chain enterprises’ sales staff, and is divided into six parts to develop the topic. First of all, the author systematically introduces the current researching situation of staff turnover, including the main background of the employee turnover in China, relevant researches on this phenomenon both at home and abroad and so on, we sum up the main factors affecting the staff turnover through study and understanding of previous literatures. Then we point out the difference between the concept of the employee turnover and the employee wastage at the beginning of the second part, and clearly introduce our study’s main object; related theories are then sorted out to provide solid theoretical basis for this study. The third part focuses on case study, which takes Tianfu Tea as an example. We briefly describe the corporation and its management on salesperson, and analyze the present situation and effects of its staff turnover The third part focuses on introducing the present situation of Tianfu Tea as the individule case. We present the corporate profile and its sales staff stability, and preliminary analyse main factors of its staff turnover. The separation model is built at the fourth part through questionnaires to confirm clucial factors affecting the sales staff turnover such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, compensation and benefits, promotion opportunities that have a significant positive correlation with employees’ turnover intentions. Meanwhile we summarise the empirical results. Finally, we put forward some management advice based on the researching result for the management of enterprises and to provide a reference to improve the stability of the employees. This paper is of innovation in the choice of research method, and analyzes the main factors to affecting the sales staff turnover and gives corresponding management recommendations. The result can be refered to the human resource management of Tianfu Tea and ots kind. However, there are still some deficiencies in terms of sample size, applicability of the conclusion.
