With the coming of the knowledge economy era and the continuous improvement of the market economy system in our country,Private technology enterprises have a good opportunity,meanwhile,some common problem become more and more serious,it restrict the development of Private technology enterprises. Among them,the serious problem is Human Resource Management.At the end of the day, the competition between enterprises is the essence of competition between their human resources. Although, the standardize of HRM have been improved than before of Private technology enterprises, but overall, the majority of our private technology companies are always using the traditional human resource management, their problem are very prominent, this shortcoming, has brought the noticeable negative effect for its rapid development, the most prominent problem is stuff turnover.To this, I first from the Angle of the theory, discusses the problems of the staff turnover, and to summarize the research results of scholars at home and abroad. Then,I reference the background of company D, using a variety of technology tools for integrated reasons of the stuff outflow.Finally,I put forward the following Suggestions for effective control of stuff outflow:At the first, make a good top design for the human resources management of company D, the second is to improve the personnel recruitment system, the third is to optimize the environment of corporate employment, the fourth is to improve the company’s education system, the fifth is to optimize the company’s system to keep the stuff in the company.I hope I could give a reference to the companies which want control of the stuff outflow.In addition, the company D is in a traditional family transition of management to the modern enterprise management, its problems are common across the country, so the countermeasures against other companies also has certain reference significance.
