Regardless of circulation enterprises, furniture and building materials productionenterprises in the increasingly fierce competition of the domestic industry need toenhance the brand awareness. In recent years, the domestic circulation enterprisesheaded by the A company are trying to speed up the pace of brand building andmanagement. The competition of modern domestic circulation is the brand competition.The advantage of the brand is becoming the biggest advantage of the domesticcirculation enterprises development, and the brand power is gradually become the corecompetitiveness of the domestic circulation enterprises.A company as a leading enterprise in China’s domestic circulation has highvisibility and influence. The study of the brand A company can enhance thedevelopment level of the domestic circulation and promote the comprehensivesocio-economic development. Market economy calls for brand awareness, thenstrengthen to take the road of brand is imperative for domestic circulation.In this study, we objective analyzed the current situation and existing problems ofA company through research the existing brand, brand building routes and strategies ofA company by literature research method; Inductive analysis was be taken to researchthe fundamental date of the domestic circulation brand building and management athome and abroad, then the strategy of brand building and management for domesticcirculation is summed; Part of the enterprise data were collect by instances of researchmethod such as informal discussion with executives, and then the actual reference datawas been sorting out.We study the necessity of building a domestic circulation brands, and then putforward the more suitable relevant solution strategy for A company brand building andmanagement, and to explore the significance of brand building and management for Acompany which causing the whole industry to value and implement the brandconstruction.
