Study On Distribution And Development Strategy Of Leisure Agriculture In Fuzhou

With the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, the urban pace of life is getting faster and faster, working pressure is rising,The feelings of Citizens respecting for nature and regressing countryside are rising,The leisure agriculture has been emerged as a new type of agricultural pattern,then it is booming in China.In recent years, Fuzhou socio-economic is prosperity,and people’s living standards improve rapidly,the tourism industry also has greatly development.Nevertheless,the development of leisure agriculture has been appearing several problems,like lacking of local characteristics, inaccurate market positioning,unreasonable space structure. Consequently,it Seriously restricted the healthy and rapid development of leisure agriculture of Fuzhou.The study based in Fuzhou Situation,do a research with The distribution of the Fuzhou leisure agriculture and the development strategy, which is great important for optimizing spatial structure, integrate leisure agricultural resources, proposed distribution of leisure agriculture and specific development measures of Fuzhou.The first part of this paper summarizes the concept of leisure agriculture, classification, characteristics, and mode of development, gets to start the distribution and the development of leisure agriculture from the research results inside and abroad, combined with the characteristics of the leisure agriculture land landscape aesthetics, built the basis of the theoretical framework of the leisure agriculture. The second part, combing the development status and the main problems of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou, put forward the conditions of developing leisure agriculture in Fuzhou, exploring the necessity of developing leisure agriculture Fuzhou. The third part,Based in Fuzhou urban master plan distribution, From the theory of leisure agriculture development distribution and developing condition, combing with surveys, selected the influencing factors of the six leisure agriculture development, namely agriculture as the foundation conditions, location, natural conditions, tourism basic conditions, the conditions of social and economic infrastructure and policy conditions, build the leisure agriculture indicators hierarchy model, AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process to analyze each index layer, calculated out weight values, and the hierarchy of sorting and analysis of the major influencing factors, and then with the idea of cluster analysis, empirical data by counties (cities, districts) to calculate and draw a scatter plot of the leisure agriculture distribution in Fuzhou, and then propose the overall distribution ideas and regional distribution. The fourth part,get starting from distribution ideas, the main problems in Fuzhou, connecting with leisure agriculture development conditions, status quo and the main problems,proposed developing strategy of Fuzhou leisure agriculture.This study demonstrates on that, the leisure agriculture in Fuzhou should overall distribution planning:"One District, Two Bandings and two poles", Fuzhou City Center, relying on the Minjiang River nearby advantage to build large Minjiang Estuary leisure agricultural areas,at the same time, mountainous leisure agriculture band and coastal leisure agriculture should be taking into account, focusing on cultivating Minhou leisure agriculture growth pole and the Pingtan leisure agricultural growth pole. I believe that the Fuzhou leisure agriculture development strategy must follow the following aspects:①Make the formulation of development planning and promote the construction of the park②Strengthen practitioners and management training③Optimize the development of leisure agriculture environment④Referring to the experience of Taiwan, and strengthen cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan⑤Promoting propaganda and guidance.
