Study On Fuzhou Jasmine Culture Resource Development Strategy From The Perspective Of Leisure Agriculture

In recent years, Fuzhou jasmine has been endangered, the protection and inheritance of Fuzhou jasmine culture faces a reality problem. Under the background of China’s High-speed leisure agriculture development, Flowers leisure travel just started and as Fuzhou jasmine flower planting and tea culture system success to join the GIAHS which make the government attaches great importance to the Mining and using of agricultural heritage. This article put a research by combining leisure agriculture and Fuzhou jasmine cultural resources, and using the agricultural system theory, cultural industry theory, cultural industry competition theory, heritage economics theory and experience economic theory as a guide, studying the development potential of Fuzhou jasmine cultural resources from the perspective of leisure agriculture through the documentary method, interview method, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP).Firstly, based on the literature collection, sorting, induction and analysis, this article summarized the academic research achievements at home and abroad in the leisure agriculture, agricultural culture, flower culture and defined the focus for this article through the study and research of the relative basic theory. Secondly, through literature method and interview method, we understand that the Fuzhou jasmine cultural resources have some problems in development, such as there is lack of creativity and inheritance, creative agriculture projects character, public participation and lay particular stress on tea culture resources development, etc. meanwhile, comprehensive analysis of Fuzhou jasmine cultural resources development potential from four aspects:the cultural resources, the background of social economic environment, the industry development and the policy conditions. Then, make an evaluation on the development potential index system of Fuzhou jasmine culture resources from the perspective of leisure agriculture through Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and has a great potential for development of the evaluation results. Finally, from the angle of leisure agriculture, combined with the analysis of the present situation and the evaluation results of index system, we put forward the relevant development strategy:fully excavate and make use of Fuzhou jasmine culture resources, pay attention to jasmine cultural experience, vigorously improve service facilities construction, the government provide policy and financial support, Integration of resources to promote the development, Innovating propaganda way, leading enterprises independent innovation combination.
