Now the most popular management methods of multinationals is a way of cooperate with a number of companies in different locations and the pursuit of high profits of the low-cost operators. Then virtual enterprises-virtual organizations-virtual team this organization appear to us. And their performance has the most important influence to the organization’s development.This study based on the theoretical analysis and case studies of a virtual team in A company, have a purpose on how to improve the performance of the virtual team, and give a very detailed analysis on the Performance appraisal methods of A company.This study analyzes both the KPI assessment and the MBO assessment which are the virtual team of A company’s Performance appraisal methods analysis, also summarizes some of the problems encountered in the performance appraisal solution. |
