As a new management concept Virtual-teams is brought forth after virtual-organization, virtual-business enterprise etc .As far as virtual-team theories are concerned , it offers a good chance to enterprises research especially for technology enterprises.As the development of information revolution, virtual-team theories will get a vast of space in application fields. Virtual-team has a lot of advantages, such as a concise structure , strong ability of adaptation. It can help enterprises enhance the management level and innovation ability and be full of vigor. Enterprises can connect all the strength they have and set up their core competitiveness.It is doubtless that virtual-team is a kind of valid team management mode. However the circumstance is complicated and there are lots of weakness unknown, how to construct and manage virtual-team need to be studied further.This article studies the problem how to building virtual-team from two aspects which is building process and influence factors. This article is composed main five chapters and remarks. In the former two chapters the article discuss virtual-team theoretical system which contains background of virtual-team thesis,the theoretical foundation,the concept and features of virtual team and so on.Chapter three is the core of the article, the article divide building process into four stages based on the life cycle team theory and analyse the influence factors in each different stages. Bring out some relatives and practical measures.Chapter four and five is the evidence department.the article take the Dalian branch of china telecom as an example in order to discuss the building process of vitue team and deepen the sensitive cognition.in this part,the article establishes a model to assess the comprehensive performance and analyses the concrete problems. Chapter six is the conclusion, in the department this article concludes the whole paper and bring out some prospects of this issue.it believe that this article can provide a strong the helpness and reference to the enterprise .
