Virtual Team Performance Management Research

Since the beginning of the 1990s, with the arrival of the era of economic globalization, and economic organizations in order to adapt to the many increasingly fierce market competition, in the modern information and communication technologies, with the support of a team—virtual network environment to meet the emerging form of organization—globalization, inter-organizational collaboration and effective allocation of resources demand. All around the virtual team performance management system for a more in-depth research.The purpose of this study, from the theoretical analysis and case studies to the two angles, more comprehensive performance management to explore virtual team, my virtual team hopes to be able to play a point on the role of performance management practice. The first team have introduced virtual background, through the interpretation of the meaning of the team defining the concept of virtual teams, and virtual team identity, and with the traditional categories of entities related differences in the content team for analysis. Then from modern performance management theory on virtual team performance management processes; And, in the analysis of the Balanced Scorecard theory on the basis of a virtual team to the Balanced Scorecard performance management at the core KPI system.
