An Incomplete Project System To Heavy Equipment Enterprise And It's Informatization Implementing

Heavy equipment manufacturing industry is an important pillar industry, which plays a significant role in national economy. For China, a country is being the stage of heavy industrialization, scientific management and modernization construction is quite significant for the development of heavy equipment industry. Project management and informationization construction are more important topics in heavy equipment manufacturing industry rather than in other fields, which are very helpful for creating innovation and improving efficiency. The china's equipment manufacturing industry has got its own special points, in which the internal manufacturing team is enormous, and its organization structure and traditional planning system are big restrictions for both the introducing of project management and the construction of informationization system. Therefore, when choosing the mode of introducing the project management, we should take note of such factors and special points; For the introduction of project management and the improvement of enterprise's management efficiency, informationization is quite an important way.This paper looks into proposing applying the project management in those enterprises, which engages in heavy equipment manufacturing, even the incompleted project mode, which makes some changes in the standard project management by means of doing some analysis and research on the adaptability of introducing the project management into domestic heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises and the duality of the shortcomings existing in standarded project management mode. On this basis, basing on the commercial software system at this moment, right informationization solution will be worked out, and thereby, both the project management way and traditional MRP technology will be used to deal with the difficulties existing in the project management system and informationization constrcution of domestic heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises. Through a 6-year research and practice in a certain case, a success has been achieved. Moreover, through this research and practice, we will find the basic management improvement and the persistent improvement in domestic heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises does make an important sense for the management modernization.
