Research On Integrated Management Of Agent Construction Project In The View Of Two-Oriented Society

Since the agent construction model implemented in our government investment projects,it has carried out a series of practice. With certain achievements, there still remained someproblems in the agent construction market. For example, it did not form any specialized agentconstruction companies in the market. Besides, the existing ones lacked professionalcapabilities and talent. With the development of Two-Oriented Society in our country, it putforward higher requests to government investment projects with agent construction model.Therefore, it was urgently needed to improve the professional management level of agentconstruction companies and to develop the decision-making that in line with Two-OrientedSociety. Aiming at this problem, the study in this thesis was carried out as follows:(1) The agent construction model was introduced after a thorough analysis of thedisadvantages of traditional management mode in government investment projects. Throughthe analysis of agent construction management problems during implementation process, theintegrated management thought was put forward.(2) An integrated management framework system of agent construction project was builtin the view of project management company, which was in the view of Two-Oriented Society.The framework system included the integration of targets and organization, which based onthe stakeholders involved in life-cycle agent construction projects. The integration of targetsconsidered the requests from Two-Oriented Society construction. It established an integrationsystem of interests targets, and it also analyzed the coordination and control method in theview of project management company. An integration system of organization was establishedfrom the virtual organization angle in the integration of organization. In which the projectmanagement company’s organization responsibilities were elaborated.(3) Considering that there were a lot of uncertain factors in integrated management ofagent construction project, an IMOLP model for it’s optimization was established. It exploredthe optimization method of the four basic goals in their changes within a certain interval range.Besides, the subjective weighting method to give cost a larger weight was used in order tohighlight Two-Oriented Society construction’s effect on the decision-making of integrated management of agent construction project. Through an empirical analysis, the methodpresented was proved to be feasible.
