The Research About Perfecting Environment Of Attracting Regional Headquarters

Through the system dissertation about our current problem in attracting regional headquarters,1reveal the need to study the issue. Through quantitative analysis for the key elements, this is also one of the main innovations of this paper; I find an entry point to solve the problem. Finally, I propose solutions for the problem, which provides theoretical references for the central and local governments about succeeding in attracting regional headquarters.In the course of the study, I use the methods of the Marxist materialist dialectics to analysis. Everything is evolving, and theoretical research and real economic situation is no exception. In this paper, I use the connected and developing views to see reality, analyze the changed the objective reality, analyze the nature of the problem through the phenomenon and draw new conclusions and views. On the other hand, the article first summarizes the existing theoretical results, derived new theoretical results from existing practice and for better to guide it. Secondly, in the part of theoretical research, I use a combination of inductive analysis and deductive analysis. I analyze countries and regions which have successfully experience in attracting investment, then drawn common and the general rules from them, and combined with the actual situation in China to find Chinese characteristics and practical measures; On some specific issues, this paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, using data and models to improve the accuracy and image. Finally, in empirical research, on the view of perfecting environment of attracting regional headquarters, I make the quantitative analysis from the aspects of people, infrastructure, markets and financial, and draw instructive conclusions by quantitatively compare ration on various aspects.Analyzing through our existing environment to attract regional headquarters, I targeted improvement of methods, to provide theoretical guidance for the improvement of the environment in each region. However, there are some limitations of this study. It has not addressed the actual specific measures according to different regions so further research is needed.
