The thesis takes New Hugejile agricultural machinery professional cooperative in Saihannaoer GaZha, Bayanhushu Sumu, Xiwuqi for example, and makes functional analysis for herder’s cooperative through sociological perspective. By using functional analysis, the thesis sums up the functions that herder’s cooperative make in pastoral areas, and explore the problems existing in the development of herder’s cooperative.The thesis includes introduction, general situation of New Hugejile agricultural machinery professional cooperatives, functional analysis of New Hugejile agricultural machinery professional cooperatives, problems and countermeasures in the development of New Hugejile agricultural machinery professional cooperatives and conclusion.The part of introduction includes introducing academic value, research situation, related conceptual definition, academic theory and research method.In Chapter One, the general situation of New Hugejile agricultural machinery professional cooperatives is elaborated. The basic situation of Saihannaoer GaZha is introduced. And the reason, basic situation and primary service of New Hugejile agricultural machinery professional cooperatives are elaborated.In Chapter Two, the author utilizes functionalism to analyze the constructive function of New Hugejile agricultural machinery professional cooperatives to social system in pastoral area and interrelation between them, and elaborates the functions of New Hugejile agricultural machinery professional cooperatives.In Chapter Three, the author elaborates problems existing in the development of New Hugejile agricultural machinery professional cooperatives, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of herder’s cooperative.
