Research On The Development Of Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperatives Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic deployment made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the general goal of the "three rural areas" work in the new period.Agriculture is an important part of the socialist market economic system.Agriculture has a bearing on the livelihood of 1.3 billion people,on food and social stability,and on the livelihood of peasants.The smooth settlement of the "three rural issues" has a great impact on the whole party and the people.Farmers’ professional cooperatives are relatively mature organizations,and their new production methods provide a way to solve rural problems and realize the modernization of rural production.Shandong Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperatives is in the development stage of transformation from non-standardized,loose to standardized and compact,especially since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,agricultural machinery professional cooperatives have entered an important period of development.The development of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives is to serve the current transformation and upgrading model and change the current situation of backward agricultural production and management and backward technology in Shandong Province;Improving agricultural productivity is a major historical topic in the industrialization of agriculture in Shandong Province,and low agricultural productivity is also a key factor hindering the healthy development of agricultural material cooperation.The sustainable and healthy development of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in Shandong Province is inseparable from the perfect management system,although the current agricultural machinery professional cooperative is developing rapidly,but also faces some problems,especially the management of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives is increasingly prominent.Therefore,based on the principal-agent theory,resource-dependent theory and other theoretical systems,this paper systematically combs the level of agricultural development and the basic situation of agricultural cooperative development in Shandong Province.Through the analysis of the governance mechanism of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Shandong Province,especially the role and basic governance of the council,board of supervisors,member congress and other institutions,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the governance mode of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in Shandong Province.Secondly,the N County Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperatives in Shandong Province were selected as a typical case,the governance structure of the N County Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperatives was analyzed,and the decision-making resolution mechanism,benefit distribution mechanism and supervision mechanism were discussed in depth,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in optimizing the internal governance structure of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives,improving the rules and regulations of the governance of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives,improving the strength of interest connection of members of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives,and improving the scientificity of cooperative income distribution.It provides strong policy support for further enriching and improving the governance system of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in Shandong Province,promoting the standardized operation of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives,promoting the development of agricultural machinery undertakings,and accelerating the agricultural modernization construction in Shandong Province.
