The global acquisition activities have been increased in scale and presented new features since the Economic Crisis. With the global economy,especially the economy in developed countries, still wandering in trough, on the one hand, a lot of high quality enterprises can be continuous developed by being purchased; on the other hand, they could also process the acquisition with lower cost to enlarge their market share, increase competition and promote their popularity. However, have all the acquisition activities reached the win-win results as intended? The answer has not been confirmed. According to the numerous surveys about acquisitions, the integration after the acquisition is the main factor that leads to the undesirable results, especially the deficient integration of human resource. In this article, the author states a real acquisition case about the integration of human resource which was experienced by herself, that is the acquisition between ARW and Rell. The author analyses the management problems of human resource accruing in the acquisition, discusses the related measures and integration strategies, as well as summarizes the focus and working in each stage of human resource management in the process of merger and also the successful factors, which provided further grounds of argument, that is, the integration of human resource is the key of win-win results for enterprise acquisition. The author applies the method of linking up theory with practice in this article, which could be the guidance and reference to the practice of enterprise management.
