Mergers and acquisitions are not only a product of the market economy, and are also an inevitable requirement of the market development. Enterprises merger and acquisit other companies in accordance with the voluntary and compensatory basis, that is an important way to adjust the company organization and an business by operating autonomy. M&A is an important means of efficiently allocating the enterprise resources in the context of the whole society.However, according to survey, mergers and acquisitions have fewer successes than failures. One important reason is the lack of human resources integration in process of mergers and acquisitions.By analyzing the tremendous impact that human resources integration on the business in the process of merger, we highlight the importance of human resources integration in the merger, and then collate and analyze the systematic theories of human resources integration, analyze the existing problems of human resource integration, establish a comprehensive evaluation model of human resource integration, and finally propose human resources integration measures in merger process.This article is divided into five chapters. Chapter I describes the background and significance of research topics, the present research situation and main methods. Chapter II systematically summarizes related theory of the human resources integration in the reported acquisition. Chapter III analyzes present situation, problems and risks of the human resources integration in the mergers and acquisitions. Chapter IV is the solution to the problem, is the most important part of this article, by using the AHP-GRAP, we establish the comprehensive evaluation model of the human resources integration in the mergers and acquisitions, and get the optimum integration solutions. Chapter V propose the measures to be taken in the acquisition of human resources integration.Finally, the conclusion of this article.
