Employment is the people’s livelihood, but also to promote public service and social development of management functions important one. With the current rapid economicdevelopment, people’s material and cultural level is rising, the needs and the requirementof the public service is also gradually improved. In the past two decades, China’s publicemployment service developed by leaps and bounds, but the construction and thedevelopment of the service, the quality and level of service, there are still many problems.Compared with developed countries, the overall is still relatively backward. Therefore, theconstruction of public employment services standardization is put on the agenda, which isnot only the requirements of the national and social levels, but also the aspirations of thepeople. This is to enhance the process of China’s employment in the public service capacity,creating equal employment opportunities, and build the basis of the essential requirementsof harmonious labor relations.Many agencies and academics have launched a public employment servicestandardization issues. But most of them start from the point of view of macroeconomicpolicy. Standardize how public employment services, the contents of the standard system,little microscopic studies. Foreign molded from a practical point of view there are relatedstandardization documents, but did not put forward the concept of public employmentservices standardization, little standardization building methods, models and theories.Therefore, the subject of this study is the use of the theory of process reengineering, buildout of the processes standardized model of public employment services, the model containsstandardized path mode of public employment services, standard processes, systemsstandards, framework, as well as the effect and efficiency of evaluation criteria.The innovation of this study the following three aspects: First, from the microscopicpoint of view to study the standardization of public employment services, building ofpublic employment service processes standardized model, the model provides guidance onthe construction of the standard system of public employment services, ideas andmethodology. Second, the enterprise business process reengineering theory applied topublic employment services, to provide new ideas for future improvement andimprovement of public services. Thirdly, the idea of standardized from industrial areas, inrecent years, only the wording used in the field of public service, it is no mature theory onhow standardized, standardized methods of this study in some ways will fill this gap.
