Study To The Management Of The Airport Operating Mode Change Countermeasures

Among several major hub airports in China, Beijing Capital International Airport ranks first in the aspect of degree of importance, size, advancement of equipment and busy degree of transportation and production. As a large-scale international airport, Beijing Capital International Airport is rich in aviation business resources and has huge market potential. All the time, reform of civil aviation airports has been deepened continuously in China, thus the volume of airport business has raised well in this background, meanwhile, the operation and management problems increasingly caused sensitive topics both inside and outside the industry. Over the years, because of limitation of the situation of our country and system factors, the operation modes of civil aviation at home are mostly "Operation-type" operation mode, while that in the foreign developed countries is "Management-type" operation mode. In the new competition situation, the main task is to improve the operation level and profitability of the airport for the sustainable development of domestic aviation industry. In addition to the strong competitive pressures in the global airport industry, the development of other modes of transportation also brings unprecedented pressure to Beijing Capital International Airport. Therefore, over the years, operation mode of Beijing Capital International Airport has gradually been transformed into "Management-type" mode. However, because of limitation of the situation of our country and economic system, in the process of transformation, the influence of "Operation-type" mode cannot be broken away, the difference between operation mode of Beijing Capital International Airport and real "Management-type" mode still exists. Therefore, the author specially studies and discusses the operation mode transformation of Beijing Capital International Airport to provide useful theoretical and practical reference to the real commercial operation.The author collected and read lots of related documents at home and abroad and researches this topic with five chapters. In this paper, fully adopting the document analysis, method of combining theories research and empirical research, method of comparative analysis, on the basis of the related management theories, taking Beijing Capital International Airport as the research object, the author analyses and discusses its operation mode, compares the operation mode of Beijing Capital International Airport with that of the western developed countries, analyses the reasons and challenges of the transformation of the operation mode into "Management-type" mode and proposes that, in order to transform operation mode into "Management-type" mode, Beijing Capital International Airport should consider economic benefit as the core reconstruction organization structure, obtain the approval of airport franchise rights and define business process with the new operation mode.
