Study On Operation And Management Mode Of Baggage Handling System In Beijing Capital International Airport New Terminal

Unprecedented developments and changes have been taken place in the domestic market of aviation transportation. The development of aviation transportation is bringing forward new requirement to airport. The new airports is increasing in China. The competition within airports is increasing. The problems of airport operation and management are emerging. It is the issue which need to deal with in order to improve the airport operation and management. As to Beijing Capital International Airport Headquarter, it retained the well-known constant company to help them to prepare the long-term layout, the integraed schedule of some business units will be implemented in the beginning of new terminal operation. Beijing Capital International Airport will be developed to main transfer airport in Asia and the Pacific area via the design and construction of terminal 3.First,the thesis elaborate on the general strategic target of headquarter and one of his member, the Beijing airport limited company. It focus on the strategic deploying, manage request and implement policy of his member airport which is transferred from the operation mode to the management mode. Secondly,the thesis analyse several issues of specialization company in the operation and maintenance of equipment, it include macro-environment, industry background, intensity of competation, evaluation of internal ability. Based on these discussed issues it bring forward the strategic orientation of specialization company, and analyse the competitive advantage and prepare the implement policy. The thesis frame the system operation and management, but it will be updated during the operation of new terminal. Finally, the thesis set up the performance assessment system and evaluated criterion.Through discussing the operation and management mode of baggage handling system based on outsourcing mode of specialization company and client satisfaction oriented. It can card the working thought and adapt the request of transformation and improve the competation in the market. I have been worked the constructing of new baggage handling system and suffered the period of construction and transformation of enterprise. I have selected the discussed subject as my thesis of MBA course in order to put the knowledge which have studied in businees managerment to practice and supervise the system operation management.
