This paper came out with suggestions for tourism real estate development mode, as well as the development direction such as the theme park, the commercial rights of tourism real estate projects, property right type hotel,, holiday apartments, scenic spot of residential real, etc. On this basis, the tourism real estate should carry out environment and resource development in order to achieve long-term harmonious development and realize economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit.
