| Recently, with our continuous development of tourism and real estate industry, the concept "tourism real estate," was mentioned by more and more people. Tourism real estate is a product of merging tourism and real estate. Including timeshare hotel, property right type hotel, leisure resort, theme parks, tourism (leisure) training base, golf resort, folk village resort, seascape residential, style villa and other forms of tourism property. In the study on the tourism real estate, foreign country has been in front of china for nearly half a century, as China started relatively late, how to develop a innovative t tourism real estate model that is suit for China's national conditions is a primary issue that will be placed in front of us.This paper used the method combined with theory and practice of analysis, and is divided into nine chapters.The first chapter is an introduction. The writer pointed out the background and significance of this research, and tried to build a theoretical system of tourism real estate development model, finally a general introduction of the research method, content and general framework was given.The second chapter is a study on tourism real estate. At first, the writer made a research on the concept and the characteristic of tourism and real estate separately , the main purpose is to make a stratified analysis tourism real estate, based on this summaries the concept and characteristics of tourism real estate. Then the present situation of research and development on tourism real estate in domestic and foreign was briefed. At last the writer has analyzed its development opportunity and prospect, summarized the development type.The third chapter is the outline of tourism real estate development model. The writer summarized the concept of tourism real estate development model first, then made a research review to the research in tourism real estate development model. Based on this, The writer made the limits to the development type and the development model of tourism real estate, and has made a discussion on the development trend of Chinese tourism real estate development model. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is the key in this research. At first, the writer took the time as the foreword and divided development models existing in our country into traditional models and modern models. Based on the full research in these two kind of models, questions exists in each kind of models was pointed out. To be directed against these questions, the fifth chapter proposed a new model that is better than existing models. Hence the time series of the development models tend to be complete.The sixth chapter is the empirical analysis on new model, introduced the application flow of new model in Chongqing Fengsheng town, and made bold predictions of the effect which the new model will possibly bring to.Chapter seven is the end of this article. The conclusions and shortages of this paper was discussed in this part, then the writer made a prospect of the development of tourism real estate. |
