Study On The Development Model Of Tourism Real Estate

Since the reform and opening up,the national income has been gradually increased,and the demand for leisure and vacation in China has surged.Many development enterprises have started to build a large number of tourism real estate projects.Developing tourism real estate can promote economic growth,thereby increasing the income of local residents and increasing employment.This paper studies the literature related to tourism real estate in China.Based on this,firstly,it defines tourism real estate and its development mode.Secondly,this paper classifies tourism real estate development mode from two dimensions of tourism resources and functions,and constructs the development mode of tourism real estate from three aspects: development path,financing mode and profit model.Thirdly,based on the factors that influence the development of tourism real estate,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to construct the evaluation model of tourism real estate development model.Finally,it is proved that the model has certain feasibility by using the project of xiuyuanhe in jinan.In this paper,it is concluded that tourism real estate is a comprehensive tourism real estate project,relying on the natural resources,the historical and cultural resources,combining one or more of the functions,such as tourism,leisure,vacation,business,residence.Depending on the tourism resources and function,the development mode tourism real estate can be divided into three categories: tourism commercial real estate,tourist residential real estate,tourist holiday real estate.The selection model of tourism real estate development based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is feasible.
