Research On Agricultural Production And Operation Of Farmers' Choice Of Organizational Form Factors

From2004to2012,the Document No.1of our government have focused on the problem of agriculture.In these important documents,the government had planed and arranged many staffs which involved with agriculture.It shows that our government has a strong determination to solve and improve the agricultural problem of our nation.In recent years,because of the effort of our government,the agricultural industry of our nation has improved,the income of rural families has increased,the contry has became more vigorous,but the agricultural industry of our nation has still stucked in a relatively low level which lack of technology and efficiency.Thus,if we want to improve the level in which our agricultural industry operate essentially and develop the modern agriculture instead of the traditional one,we must improve the organization of agricultural produce and management.To improve the organization of agricultural produce and management,encourage the peasants to choose advanced organization of agricultural produce and management,is a requirement for agricultural large-scale operation.At the same time,it is an important method to increase the income of rural families and to develop modern agricultural industry.Nowadays,there are many ways and policy to improve the organization of agricultural produce and management,such as land reform or rural finance and so on. Among them,farmland as a indispensable factor, is a requirement to improve the organization of agricultural produce and management.Thus, baesd on the current land system and policy of our nation,we should complete the farmland transfer market,encourage more peasants to jion in farmland transfer for sake of improve the organization of agricultural produce and management.In Document No.1of2013,the government has make a clearly presentation that we should encourage farmland to transfer to the production experts or agricultural cooperation,so that we can build Family Farms or New Type Cooperation.From the Document No.l of2013we can see that the farmland transfer is a kind of method and the results are to build Family Farms or New Type Cooperation,in another words,is to improve the organization of agricultural produce and management.So we can safely summarize that farmland transfer is a key point to improve the organization of agricultural produce and management. But in some rural areas in which the level of economic development is relatively low,the peasant don’t want to jion in the farmland transfer market and don’t want improve their organization of agricultural produce and management.For peasants themselves,whether would like to improve the organization of agricultural produce and management depends on a lot of factors which peasant face.So,in the process of improve the organization of agricultural produce and management,it is very necessary for us to figure out the relationship between the factors which peasant face and improve the organization of agricultural produce and management.This paper is committed to study about this problem.The study area of this paper is Wushan County located in northeast of Chongqing.Wushan County is a Karst landform area,suffer from the Desertification disaster.The local government planed to popularize ecological agricultural crop——Honeysuckle.Because of Honeysukle can be cultivated on the sloping fields and don’t need to flip the soil frequently,it is hoped to control the Desertification disaster.At the same time,Honeysukle has some considerable benefits.But in order to fulfill the potential utility of Honeysukle,the large-scale operation is indispensable,it requires the peasants to improve the organization of agricultural produce and management to large-scale operation.Moreover,because of the study area is in the ecologically fragile area,the landform is very complicated,the quantity and quality of farmland which belong to each rural families is totally different,and some existing researches about this problem are not suitable for the reality of study area.So this paper does not only succeed the results of existing researches to classify the factors which the peasants face into two category as external economic factors and peasants internal factors,but also set a new-type of index system named famland’s endowments and try to describe the details of rural families more deeply and comprehensively.And then this paper use an oLogit model to caculate every index and gain the results.
