China Mobile Guizhou company has been using EAP project for the psychological aspects of its employees’training and has achieved some progress over the years. Having established an EAP service model with its special features and consolidated it with the management work, we have strengthened the employees’belongingness and solidarity, which benefit the company’s operation. While we were carrying out the EAP project, we innovated and developed an EAP model with our features. However, as an EAP explorer, I have discovered some problems which need to be tackled.In this thesis I first discuss the current development of EAP in domestic and foreign enterprises, then I introduce in details the background and current situation of the implementation of EAP in China Mobile Guizhou company. Then there is an analysis based on field survey on EAP’s impact on the company’s organization efficiency, corporate cultural behaviors and the employee’s psychological capital. The following are the results discovered in the research:1) EAP has remarkable effect on the management efficiency of the company. The employees taking part in the EAP project have higher satisfaction rate oward management efficiency than those didn’t participate.2) EAP has obvious impact on the corporate behavior of the staff, the most important aspects include the behavior of care, cooptation and responsibility. However, it has little impact on human capital behaviors, such as professional skills and innovative capability.3) EAP has great influence on the employees’overall psychological capital, including hope, confidence and optimism, but there is no notable effect on tenacity.4) Based on the research of EAP’s effect on China Mobile Guizhou Company’s management efficiency, corporate cultural behaviors and the employees’psychological capital, there is a detailed analysis of the achievements and problems discovered in the implementation of EAP in the company. The future directions of EAP implementation in China Mobile Guizhou Company and the key contents are discussed in eleven aspects, including the objectives of EAP development, the content module of EAP implementation, the objects covered by EAP, the operation models of EAP, the project control of EAP, the supplier management of EAP, the result assessment of EAP, the improvement of EAP management rules, the consolidation of EAP communication channels, the integration of EAP and operation management, as well as the implementation principles of EAP.
