Four-networks Joint Development Strategies And Pilot Analysis For Hebei Mobile

For a long period of time, China Mobile will operate four networks:GSM, TD-SCDMA, TD-LTE and WLAN. On the one hand, the domestic economic development level differences lead to the diverse needs of mobile users, on the other hand, four networks standard obvious differences. Therefore, it requires the four networks synergies among complementary strengths to achieve coordinated and balanced development.In this paper, co-conducted in-depth analysis and study on the four networks, and network construction and marketing strategy recommendations for Handan pilot.The paper includes six chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the networks joint development status and background, and focuses on the important significance to the development of four-network system. The second chapter describes the current network of Hebei Mobile, including GSM, TD-SCDMA development status and existing problems. Chapter three presents the theoretical model, the general objectives and the planning of the four-network system. The fourth chapter gives the implement plan of the four-network system, analysis the user, terminal and networks in multiple dimensions, and gives network planning and choice of site proposals. Chapter five gives the marketing strategies and recommendations. In the last, Chapter six gives a summary of the full paper.
