Mobile communication market in our country develops rapidly, after reorganize through reform in recent years, the Mobile communication market has already broken up the monopoly of MCC. In Heibei province, HBCMCC(Hebei China Mobile Communication Company) also faces an unprecedented challenge from HBUTC(Hebei Unicom) and HBNC(Hebei Netwoik Company) . After several years of network construction and development, HBUTC had reduced the gap of the HBMCC network gradually. HBUTC attracted some high level subscribers through the service that advance payment win mobile phone. With the cheap fee of xiaolingtong, HBNC also won the favor of the low level subscribers. HBMCC had been placed in the mass from both marketing and the network quality.This article summarized the current situation and characteristic of China mobile communication market development and evaluated the development circumstance of the 3G. By studied the internal shortage of HBMCC, we research the real situation, development direction and competition situation in HeBei mobile communication market. By introduced the method of questionnaire survey, deeply analyze the customer's demand of this market. Pointed out the quality gap among HBCMCC,HBUTC CDMA and HBNC xiaolingtong. The most important for HBCMCC's to continual development is to realize the customer's demand. Further promote the network quality in this drastic mobile communication market to keep HBMCC currently very weak network advantage. This article analyze the current market competition, finding out the distance to promote network quality, and put forward effective strategy on network quality promotion from improve network quality, service quality of customer complaint and settlement on network expansion. This is very important and meaningful for the backstage support from MCC to extend market quota.
