The network is the correspondence enterprise's lifeline,to a great extent the quality of network technician career planning management determines the correspondence enterprise's prosperity and decline. Network technician are the core technical staff of Jilin Mobile's, but at present there are some deficiencies in Jilin Mobile network technician career planning management and it is not suited to Jilin Mobile's development situation, needs to carry on the further consummation and the design. This article takes the questionnaire survey data as a foundation, carries on the investigation and the analysis on network technician age, gender, accumulation job seniority,position level,duty division,the current attitude of career planning status. This article refers to career planning that is based on demands of the enterprise organization and staff individual,formulates together individual development targets and development path,in order to attract the talented person,treat the talented person, retain talent lays the foundation for sustainable development of the company.The Jilin Mobile Communication Group on the whole has official 1100 network technician, staff composition is 32.35%.Network technician mainly are engaged in the operation and maintenance of the Department of the corporate network and subordinate 9 cities (state) branch network sector. Under the Operation and maintenance Ministry there are the network optimization center, business operations support center, wireless equipment maintenance centers, the power source air conditioning maintenance center and the engineering construction center. Based on essential characteristics of network technician and present situation of network technician career planning management, launches the concrete research from following several aspects:Firstly, although Jilin Mobile carries out the human resources management plan, training,but due to the long monopoly status in the communications industry, leading to a big disparity compares with world's leading telecommunication in competition consciousness,career planning management does receive adequate attention. Through a survey of network technician of Jilin Mobile Communication Group, This article pointed out the problem which exists in current Jilin Mobile Communication Group network technician career planning management aspect. Namely the networking staff is faint to the professional profession plan understanding, the networking staff works the content monotonously, the enthusiasm is not high, lacks the human resources management, internal competition pointed is intense.Next, bases on analysis of the reason to carry on the problem, primarily takes the Green House's profession development phase theory, takes"the occupation– person"match theory,the choosing profession motive theory,the professional type - personality characteristic theory and the work satisfaction feeling theory as auxiliary,under the guidance of the comprehensive appraisal principle,measurable principle,the development of innovative principles,the mutually beneficial mutual confidence principle establishes network technician career planning management system. In this process unilaterally cannot push responsibility to the staff, the networking technician 's higher authority department and the leader also should provides guidance,consultation,occupation suggestion as well as position vacancy,development opportunity, training curriculum and other useful information for network technician planning. Jilin mobile network technician career development stage is divided into three stages, namely, network technician before the age of 30 as the early stages of his career,network technician 30 years old to 55 years as a mid-career stages, from age 55 to retirement as the late careerFinally,this article carries on the staff to evaluate, selects the hillock for the staff to provide the basis, promotes enterprise full participation through training development, implement achievements inspection management, to help staff find performance problems and their causes,on the basis of the staff adjustments and appraised competition for jobs, paves the way for network technician career development. Improve Jilin Mobile network technician career planning management system,mobilize the enthusiasm of the network technician to achieve their best, make contribution for the development of Jilin Mobile long-term development.
