Along with manufacturing power strategy put forward,how to build our country from manufacturing power to manufacturing power has become an important issue in our development.In order to build a strong manufacturing country,we must improve the level of our manufacturing industry.Many kinds of small batch production is a typical production and manufacturing mode with the development of economy and the improvement of demand level.But from the perspective of the production management status of many kinds of small batch production enterprises in our country,there are still problems such as high complexity of production scheduling,uncertainty and low delivery rate on time caused by frequent insertion of orders.To solve these problems,optimizing the scheduling mode of multi-variety small-batch production has become an important means to improve the production efficiency and benefit of this kind of enterprises.With the development of multi-variety and small-batch production model,related research is also deepening.However,at present,the theoretical research and connotation analysis of multi-variety small-batch production scheduling optimization are not deep enough,especially for the research of ordering production scheduling.Therefore,this thesis takes orders in multi-variety and small-batch production as the research object.In view of the uncertainty and complexity of production scheduling in this mode,the characteristics of this mode are analyzed and expounded at first,the performance indicators of production scheduling are constructed and the influencing factors are analyzed,and the weights are determined by the performance indicators of expert scoring and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Then,based on the performance index and its weight,an optimization model of order-type production scheduling is established,and genetic algorithm is designed to optimize the model.Finally,aiming at the problem of insert order,the model is used to simulate the production scheduling scheme under different insert order modes.By comparing and analyzing the calculation results of different schemes,the optimal insert order mode for emergency orders in multivariety small-batch production scheduling is obtained.The main research work introduction:(1)Based on the current research on multi-variety and small-batch production scheduling,combined with the requirement of improving the production efficiency of enterprises,the paper constructs the performance indicators of multi-variety and smallbatch production scheduling,and analyzes the connotation of each indicator and its influencing factors.(2)Based on the performance index and its weight,a mathematical optimization model of order-type production scheduling under this production mode was established and solved by genetic algorithm to help improve the ability and level of production scheduling.(3)Aiming at the problem of frequent insertion,the production scheduling schemes under different insertion modes are calculated according to the mathematical model,and the respective results are analyzed and compared. |
