The deputy director of the National Bureau of statistics Zhang Weimin once said:"after a development of more than20years of reform and opening up, China’s real estatedevelopment of the national economy has become one of the important pillar industries,the impact on the national economy is more and more big, the degree of attention fromall walks of life are increasingly high."Since2007, the government macro-controlconstantly upgrading, bank real estate loans austerity, security of housing, the purchaseof that implementation, a series of macro-control policies have been introduced, changedthe external policy environment of the Chinese real estate brand enterprise.Fluctuationsin the market situation continues to increase brand value under the environment, hasbecome China’s real estate industry "mighty wave crashing on a sandy shore" importantstandard, land, capital and customer resources to move closer to the brand, the strength ofenterprises gradually.This time, we must also see clearly that some prominent problemsin the development of real estate.The scale of investment in real estate developmentcompanies generally is too large, some areas still exist "overheating" risk; some of theregion’s small and medium-sized real estate development company in order to survive inthe cracks, constantly improved enterprise mode, to adapt to macro-control marketchallenges.Research status of Chinese enterprises and real estate development company, it willhelp us to establish the benchmark study, enhance the brand value, provides importantreference value for establishing well-known real estate enterprises.Although there aremany problems on the management of Real Estate Company in China, but the relatedtheoretical research is not thorough, just put forward the existing problems in common,but not rich and puts forward effective ways to solve specific problems.Through atheoretical research background; at the same time, the statistical data and literature data,in accordance with the prominent problems in the development of real estate industry,common problems the author will hand the relevant theoretical interpretation regions ofJilin Province, the real estate industry, on the other hand, through a case study of Changchun City O sea real estate development companies to further reveal specific theproblem.Hope that can be used in quality management of PDCA cycle into four stages ofreal estate project management (i.e. pre-planning, bidding, construction and completionstage), the formation of regional system, the Real Estate Company, sciencecomprehensive quality management model (TQM).
