In the world today, the old supervision mode and risk management system haveapparently not meet the financial innovation and mixed operation needs. Under the currentfinancial situation in China, learning the operation supervision model and riskmanagement experiences from developed countries, reforming the old financial system,this paper makes an exploration on the mixed operation supervision and implementsmethod of risk management. Financial holding company, as an inevitable outcome incurrent financial industry development, conforms to the financial mixed operationdevelopment trend.Logically, at first this paper makes a introduction and expatiation about the mixedoperation supervision (hereafter referred to supervision), and demonstrates the basic ValueOrientation of mixed operation and separate operation, and global compare anddevelopment trend of the supervision, which lay a theoretical foundation for further study ofthe financial holding company supervision. In the following step, it analysis the mixedoperation under the China current law system, from the change of financial operationmechanism, explore the mixed operation space. Through introduces the financial holdingcompany in our regulatory practice, and state the practice situation of China’s currentfinancial holding company, and points out problems appearing from China’s financialholding company, and put forward the corresponding solution for further measures. At last,according to financial holding company supervision problems, it puts forward to perfectregulation system, through regulating the market operation and improve self-disciplinemechanism of the three aspects system design, then classify the financial holding companysupervised problems, to make all sorts of problems in a uniform get effective treatment.
