With the rapid development of marketing economy recently, domestic enterprisesare facing dynamic the market and diversified, personalized customer demand, thesurvival and development of enterprises put forward higher requirements on the humancapital. However, plenty of time and fund didn’t generate a satisfactory trainingperformance in the practice. Therefore, how to improve the effectiveness of enterprisetraining becomes a pressing question.A scientific, efficient training evaluation system is in favor of evaluating personneltraining timely, finding the inadequate to improve training effect and management level.The researches about training evaluation at home and abroad are mostly focusing on theeffect after implement of training, rather than the overall process. Therefore, it hasimportant academic value and practical significance to establish evaluation model forthe overall process of enterprise training.The main research content of this dissertation involves:Firstly, based on analyzing research status of training evaluation at home andabroad, this dissertation raises some deficiencies from the perspective of QualityManagement and also research objectives, research significance.Secondly, factors that affect training performance are obtained from six aspectsafter related concept definition, and then excellent performance are introduced.Discusses this dissertation scientificity, rationality about introducing evaluation systemand narrates the overall research framework of establishing evaluation model.Thirdly, index system based on criterion of performance excellence is built throughstating the core ideology of train performance evaluation and selecting a set of indexesaccording to some principles and methods.Fourthly, based on contrastive analysis of several typical comprehensive evaluationmethods, two-tuple linguistic representation is chosen to build evaluation model afterrelated content description and the weights of indexes are calculated by AHP.Lastly, the research output is put into the training evaluation of an enterprise,which verified the effectiveness, practicality of the index system and assessmentmethod.
