In the traditional business, customer relationship management has a lot oflimitations and many problems, such as customer data leakage, customerclassification confusion, customer contact separation, etc. With the development ofenterprise informatization, the electronic commerce has already applied in manyindustries, especially in the tourism industry. The electronic customer relationshipmanagement can better maintain the relationship between the travel company and thecustomer. This paper analyses the feasibility and safety of the tourism informationmanagement system, based on the research of key account relationship management,and proposes a new tourism information system model based on the system logicdesign, business process design and case study.Customer is the key source of enterprise profit. The key accounts contribute mostof the profits, and therefore the key account relationship management is veryimportant to company. The key account and cooperative partner are both regarded asthe key account of company, the former is called buyer key account and the latter iscalled seller key account. The tourism information system based on the key account asa mediator contact the key account and the supplier, get the triple win results.This paper classified key account into two types, based on the information levelof the enterprise. As to the users with open office automations interface, embeddinginterfaces are provided; and as to the users without open office automations interface,public internet interfaces are provided. Besides, the cooperative partners are dividedinto6types, according to the service supplying methods; and the system users aregranted to different operation function based on their management authority.For the tourism company, the tourism information system is difficult to developand maintain, with a high cost. The relationship between scale and benefit need to bemanaged first, and the accumulative profit should reach a certain level, beforeexpanding the scale.
