Research On The Capability And Evaluation Index Of City’s Independent Innovation

For over30years of reform and opening up, China’s economy get rapiddevelopment. But this development is a straightforward way of development. IfChina hopes a sustainable development of the economy, she should adopt theindependent innovation to promote industrial added value. The city， as animportant economic participation body, should pay more attention to their owninnovation ability ascend, but at present, the independent innovation research tocity ability is not so much, mainly at the national, regional and corporate level.Based on these research purposes, this article through the theoretical research,establishes the model of element structure, evaluation index system, theempirical research method, so it has certain theoretical significance. At the sametime, based on these theories and results, it puts forward some correspondingpolicy suggestions, has certain practical significance.The main research methods in this paper are literature study, questionnairesurvey and quantitative analysis. Then based on these methods, this paper firstly,through the research of the related theories of independent innovation city,establishes the theoretical model. Secondly, with the theoretical model as thefoundation and the reference to the former independent innovation evaluationindex, this paper preliminary forms the evaluation index system. Thirdly, throughquestionnaires and scientific statistical analysis method, this paper eventuallyforms the evaluation index system. At the same time, here are many methods tothe innovation system of empirical research, but still have no quantitativeanalysis and comparison, so based on the index system of city innovation system,several quantitative empirical research methods are empirically compared and wecan choose a relatively optimal method. Finally, based on the city innovationability model and the evaluation index system, this paper sets Shenzhen as anexample and collects the eleven year’s data of Shenzhen. Then this paper usesentropy method to carry out empirical analysis. Through the result of empiricalanalysis, we can know the features of the independent innovation of the city andput forward the proposed operation policy advice of promoting the innovationability of city.
