| Corporate social responsibility has always been the hot spot of the research at homeand abroad. And in the market economy with Chinese characteristics, state-ownedenterprises also play a very important role. Therefore, the study of state-owned corporatesocial responsibility issues is particularly important. With the economic globalizationgoing deeper, the state-owned business has been fully involved in the internationalmarket competition. The state-owned business undertakes the social responsibility----notonly the domestic demand but also the international demand. So how the particularity ofstate-owned business can adapt the international community demand for enterprise’ssocial responsibility is a very important issue with strong practical significance.Firstly, according to the research achievements about enterprise social responsibilityfrom both domestic and overseas and the domestic research accomplishments on thestate-owned business, this paper begins with the enterprise social responsibility. Based onthe Carroll’s pyramid theory and with leader responsibility added, the article explicatesthe connotation of state-owned business social responsibility; in the meantime, thesecontents are described in details aimed at the state-owned business.Secondly, according to the existing research about the motivation of enterpriseperforming social responsibility, the paper mentions a theory of four kinds ofpower----market power, legal power, moral force and charity, based on the three kinds ofpowers, incorporating the demand of marketing management into the impetus ofstate-owned business performing social responsibility.Then the article summarizes and describes the analysis of six issues about thesituation of state-owned business performing social responsibility.Finally, based on the analysis of the connotation of state-owned business socialresponsibility, significance and motivation of performing and the reasons of lackingperformance, the paper discusses the approach of our state-owned business strengtheningthe performance of social responsibility from the viewpoints of government, enterpriseand all the sectors of society. This thesis is expected to be a reference for the state-owned business performing social responsibility. |
