Now compared to the money, graduates pay more attention to the working environment,working conditions, personal development, organizational development and othernon-monetary rewards factors in career choice. Non-monetary rewards are hot spot in the fieldof human resources management. Except wages and benefits, non-monetary rewards are anyforms which are considered as valuable forms for the employees and can attract/retain/motivate them.This dissertation explore structural dimension of non-monetary rewards expectation ofgraduates (including fresh graduates and graduates employees). And analyze the influencingfactors differences of non-monetary rewards expectation when background characteristics aredifferrent, especially between fresh graduates and graduates employees. In this process,reference analysis, interviewing and questionnaires are conducted; data analysis methods suchas exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and one-way ANOVA are also beenused. The conclusions are as follows:1. The content structure of non-monetary reward among graduates is composed of fourdimensions: work-life balance, career development, job characters, institutional culture.Confirmatory factor analysis shows that the reliability and validity of the four-dimensionstructure are good.2. There are no significant differences in four dimensions of non-monetary rewards amonggraduates when graduates are of whether it is a one-child and different company nature.Significant differences in some dimensions of non-monetary rewards expectation amonggraduates are found when graduates are of different working age, educational background, typeof educational Institution, gender and family location.Finally, based on the empirical results, this dissertation explore non-monetary rewardsexpectation management mechanism. From both organizational level and individual level whostanding on organizational point, several human resource management strategies which canmanage the non-monetary rewards expectation among graduates have also been discussed.
