Comparative Study On Leisure Agriculture Between Zhejiang Province And Taiwan

China is the country with rich agricultural resources and beautiful rural landscapes. Along with thedevelopment of society and the improvement of people’s living standard, the needs of people for leisureagriculture will increase gradually; its development prospect is broad. The leisure agriculture makes fulluse of agricultural multifunction and provides people with sightseeing, leisure, study, experience and allkinds of leisure services. From the new century, the Zhejiang province government attaches greatimportance to this new industry, through investigation and study; it decides to take the leisureagriculture as the important work to grasp for new period’s agricultural transformation, farmersemployment and increase of incomes.In recent years, the leisure sightseeing agriculture of Zhejiang province has springing up all over.However, in its development process, it has prevalent series of problems such as the unscientificplanning, low business class, lacking of support, etc. while the Taiwan leisure agriculture has enteredthe more mature stage through more than30years of development, its successful experiences providemuch enlightenment for the leisure agriculture development of Zhejiang province.This paper takes the landscape ecology theory, sustainable development theory, agriculturalmultifunction theory and other discipline theories as the guide, and comprehensively combines with theliterature reading method, comparative analysis and statistical analysis firstly to introduce the currentdevelopment situation of leisure agriculture between Zhejiang province and Taiwan; and then comparethese two kinds of leisure agriculture from three aspects: model, socialization service system andsupport policy to analyze both similarities and differences. Finally summarize the successfulexperiences of Taiwan leisure agriculture: adjust measures to local conditions and plan scientifically; theoperation models are various and pay much attention to experience activities; the socialization serviceand policy law system are complete; then propose the revelation and suggestions to promote thedevelopment of leisure agriculture in Zhejiang province.
