This article has carried the detailed analysis and summary on the sesame industry development in Henan province and conducted empirical analysis of inspection on sesame main producing areas-Zhumadian. On a basis of analyzing the sesame planting, processing, marketing and other aspects as well as sesame industrialization process, this paper finds out the problems and the influencing factors of the sesame development in Henan province. Based on successful experience of the sesame industry or other crops industry development in China and abroad, we put forward several aspects of sesame industry suggestions and measures for the industrial development in Henan province.Through the survey data analysis to the main areas of sesame in Zhumadian, this paper analyzes the planting willingness of farmers with logit model, the influence of sesame in Henan Province industrial development factors are:panting spare time, planting area, planting income proportion and the comparison benefit, these factors are very important on farmers’planting sesame probabilities. Planting spare time on farmers’choice of sesame seed is negatively correlated, migrant increase directly affect the farmers planting sesame this labor-intensive crops; the area of the farmer’s planting determines the choice of crop varieties directly, if the land is more and more dispersed, they have no more choice on planting crops, farmer can choose to grow a high degree of mechanization, specialization of crop planting; the information disequilibrium result from planting decisions rely on feeling. They often only consider the last year’s crop relative earnings, compared with big profit the crop became farmers selected objects. I found out the farmer’s age and years of education had little effect farmers’planting sesame decisions through the model test, now as a result of information transformation and transportation convenience, farmers communicate with friends and family in planting decision-making by telephone.Because the level of education is not high, low income and planting small area, the farmer in a weak position in information transmission and circulation, it result from managemant decision error, cause loss; cheating when buying endowment, at the time of saling, not grasp the opportunity, the products cannot sell a good price; operating in the selection of projects, not know what course to take; and cultivation technology of sesame varieties and are subject to certain constraints, sesame seed crop demand flexibility is lesser, farmers in planting to be the largest gains; they are all the problems of the development of sesame industry the deep-seated reasons.Finally, I gave some countermeasures of the aspects of sesame industry development:1.
