Study On The Development Of Small Sesame Oil Industry In Pingyu County

Small grinding sesame oil industry is one of the leading advantages of the industry in Pingyu County,it has the a long history,unique weather conditions,production areas and geographical characteristics created its advantages,raw materials and products are classified as geographical indications products.Pingyu County,known as China's first small sesame oil county,but subject to Low degree of scale in recent years,not forming brand effects,product processing not deep and many other factors,small sesame oil industrialization process develop difficult.The purpose of this paper is to promote the development of small-scale sesame oil industry in Pingyu County.At the same time,it will promote the traditional process of small grinding sesame oil and help the development of local characteristic agriculture.It is also the need to adapt to the reform of agricultural supply side in today's situation.In this paper,SWOT analysis method is used to study the small sesame oil industry in Pingyu County on the basis of comparative advantage theory,agricultural industrialization theory and characteristic agriculture theory.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction,including the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,the domestic and foreign research on the development of small sesame oil industry,the main content of the study and technical route.The second part explains the related concepts of the article,and expounds the theoretical basis of the article.The third part analyzes the basic conditions of the development of geography,natural environment and social economic environment in Pingyu County,and describes the current industrial development in prenatal-raw material supply,medium-small sesame oil processing,The fourth uses SWOT method,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges were described and analyzed,then draw the strategic choice of different periods,in the short-term secelct the WO strategy that use the current opportunities to eliminate their own weaknesses,the long-term development is SO strategy that simultaneously use the advantages and opportunities to speed up the process of industrialization of small grinding sesame oil.And finally put forward a series of countermeasures in the fifth part: the government should increase the policy support,promotethe industrialization of development vigorously;cultivate and expand the leading enterprises to play a leading role;promote sesame production,establish sesame standardized production base to keep the supply of raw materials;mark the brand building to promote industrial development;standard the small sesame oil market system,improve product quality;increase investment in scientific research,with modern mechanical weapons stone grinding process,improve labor productivity;strength information support;increase financial support.The sixth part elaborates the research conclusion and the prospect.The possible innovation of this paper is to use SWOT analysis method to study the development of small grinding sesame oil industry in Pingyu County,and to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Pingyu County's small grinding sesame oil industry comprehensively.The actual situation and the different strategic options to match Pingyu County small grinding sesame oil industry development of short-term,long-term development strategy.
