In today’s fierce competition, Petrochemical companies are facing enormous pressure in time, cost, quality and so on." Digital Factory " technology and systems as a new manufacturing system that can provide a manufacturing process for enterprise information platform that enables businesses to design the entire manufacturing process planning, simulation and management can better meet the needs of the petrochemical companies, has become an important direction for enterprise development. In the planning and construction of petrochemical enterprises, Process and piping has achieved a3D design professionals, provide strong support for the digital factory However,as a priority among priorities of plant design, equipment design mainly using2D design, seriously restricted the development of digital factory. Therefore, the research and development work on3D design of this article conducted petrochemical static equipment that can help companies rapidly advancing3D design, help to improve design efficiency and to shorten design cycles and increasing corporate profits has very important significance.This paper analyzes the main problems of petrochemical equipment design still exist in the current, the overall plan proposed petrochemical static equipment systems on the basis of3D design and analysis of these issues.Secondly, in-depth study of the overall3D design of petrochemical equipment system solutions related to the key technologies:Based on3D CAD design software SINOVATION, establish3D design system prototype; Analysis of equipment elements, build petrochemical equipment library based on in-depth study of SINOVATION standard parts library system; Based on the research of drawings and dimensions requirements of equipment, combined projection capabilities, achieve automatically generated and quick update of drawings; Analysis of relationship between the elements, and proposed an element linkage system based on directed graph algorithm which is similar to the3D modeling parametric system, with fast, accurate analysis, etc., to facilitate designers to design modifications; The element and equipment Computational analysis research and the calculation results based on XML format display technology research, can help designers more intuitive understanding of the results of the calculation process and help designers quickly formed calculations available for archiving.Finally, on the basis of the study conducted on the overall system design, system development in the VS2005environment, feasibility and trial run through the system verification system design, practicality and accuracy.
